Description
Arts & Crafts NCO - Non-Certified Organic Melt & Pour Soap Base is a pre-made cloudy translucent, warm golden-brown soap base created for straightforward soap making. Its formula has 98.86% natural-origin content and includes glycerin, sodium palmate, sorbitol, sodium cocoate and decyl glucoside. It is not presented as certified organic. The solid base can be portioned for one project or a repeat batch.
The warm translucent appearance makes a dependable starting point for natural-looking bars, earthy colours and softly layered designs. Keep it simple by cutting off a piece and using it as finished soap, or warm only the amount you need, add compatible soap-safe colour or fragrance, and pour it into a mould. Test additions in a small batch first and follow each additive supplier's skin-safe usage limits.
How to use

Cut only what you need into small, even pieces so the base melts consistently.

Warm gradually in a heat-safe container. Stir between short heating intervals and never boil.

Gently mix in soap-safe colour and fragrance according to the supplier guidance for each additive.

Pour into a suitable silicone mould, let the soap cool completely, then unmould and wrap.
Heat safety: Use adult supervision and heat-safe tools. The container and melted base can become hot enough to burn.

After making soap, let each bar cool and dry completely, then wrap it promptly.
The colour, finish or layout of the outer packaging may change between production batches. These presentation changes do not change the NCO soap base described here.
